Our Mission 2023

CEECC is embarking on a five-year plan for leveraging our new facilities to become 'the Best to play for' by providing the best cricket coaching and player opportunities across a thriving city community. ​

Our aims are:

• to win the Essex Premier League across both Ladies' and Men’s teams in the next three years
• to see the promotion of the 2nd XI to a higher division
• to expand the number of teams, primarily a 3rd XI team
• to support a thriving Sunday cricket community
• to increase our social media presence to bring prestige and honour to the Club, by leveraging our Legends network and our connections with the County, the Media, and Sponsors
• to see the return of County cricket to the Colchester ground via a Festival Week
• to increase our social standing by continuing to be at the forefront of Ladies club cricket, and age-group cricket
• to retain our players via a thriving cricket community.

The Club will also focus on driving sustainability to achieve a net zero legacy by 2035, thus ensuring that all who are associated with the Club can be proud of it. ​

The Club will set KPI’s that will be monitored by the management committee and overseen by the Chair.
