MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN

Our Club is the leading cricket club in North East Essex. The Saturday first team play in the Shepherd Neame Premier league, the Saturday seconds in their Premier league, the Sunday firsts in the PDQ Premier league , the seconds in the PDQ Division Two and the Thirds in the PDQ division 5. We have a very active Youth section, see more under the Colts tab, but we run sides from under 16 to under 11s with managers and coaches allocated to each side. We also run a ladies side.

Cricket at the park is 100 years old this year and to celebrate this wonderful event a brochure has been produced and again this is under a 100 not out tab. Brochures can be bought at £10 each from the club with proceeds be shared equally between the club and the NSPCC. We have awards for cricket such as the Jack Petchey foundation and we are applying for Clubmark.

Essex County Cricket club play their annual fixtures at the Park commencing Wed 20th August where they entertain Worcestershire in an LV 4 day championship game followed by a 40 over game against Glamorgan on Sunday 24th August. Mens outdoor nets have now started and run on a Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Tuesdays- All seniors 6-8:00pm
Thursdays- Saturday1st and 2nd XI squads only. This is for those playing on Saturday in either the 1st or 2nd XI squads.
